* This pattern includes printable pattern pieces for the bodice. All you will have to do is print and cut them out.
* The dress has a button closure that runs till the waist. You can use sew on snap buttons or regular buttons if you know how to sew a button hole.
* There are options to attach the ruffles on the bodice in two different ways.

Oh that is so pretty, truthfully how hard is it for a beginner? I can sew but I have issues with the actual cutting out of the pattern and following it.

The pattern gives a printable template for the bodice. So cutting shouldn't be a problem.
