It is easy and quick to sew plus it gives you multiple options; you may sew it as a dress with three-tiers or you may sew it as a doll top by leaving out the last tier. You may opt for two contrasting fabrics or use three different fabrics to create a fun and summery feel! Add a touch of trim along the edges of the dress like ric rac, lace or even tulle to weave in a little bit of the store-bought feel.
