DIY Jigsaw Coasters: Beginner Sewing Pattern

Sew these fun, interlocking jigsaw puzzle coasters

This beginner sewing pattern is super easy and quick. Use up fabric scraps to create a unique, personalized set for your home or as a gift!

Gather your supplies

Fold the fabric and place the template on it. Cut around the template to get two mirror images of the puzzle

Cut a batting piece using the same template

Layer the three pieces in the order shown above

Align the edges all around

Sew around the edge, leaving a 2-inch gap along the straight edge, to turn the coaster right side out.
