Gather The Supplies

Cut the dress pieces, following the directions in the tutorial. * Mark the top and side edges to avoid messing up.

Cut the ruffle pieces, following the measurements in the tutorial

Layer the dress pieces, with the right sides. Fold the layer in half, lengthwise, and keep the template along the edge. Mark around the template

Cut around the template to get the armhole.

Take one of the bias tape pieces,  place it slightly curved, and press using plenty of steam
