Gather The Supplies

Fold the fabric and keep the template on the fold. Cut around the template to get one of the pant pieces. Repeat the steps to get one more of the same piece.

Cut the ruffle pieces. * Note that you will have to cut and join two pieces for each set of the ruffles.

Layer the two pant body pieces with the right sides together and aligning the edges. Sew along the two crotches as marked above.

Realign the pants. Line up the edges and sew the inseams shut

Take one ruffle piece and fold one of the long edges twice by ½-inch and press.
