Gather the Supplies

Use your pattern to cut 2 pieces of the outside and 2 pieces of the inside fabric.

Cut 2 pieces of elastic; 4” for the 3-month size and 5” for the 6-month size.

Place the matching pieces right sides together and pin the pieces in place.
